Design & Quotation

We provide a complete no obligation, free of charge design & quotation service.
We would visit your office, house, wine bar, etc. and carry out a comprehensive survey. We would measure the size of the areas to be conditioned, estimate the potential heat load of equipment in the area, i.e. PC’s, printers, copiers, etc., allow for the number of permanent staff, the size and orientation of any windows (to estimate the solar heat gain) and any other heat emitting equipment within the area.
We would then return to our office and run all of the data collected through our computer based heat load programme to estimate the total heat gain and heat loss (if applicable) of each area.
A comprehensive quotation would then be forwarded for your consideration.

Installation

We provide a full installation service for all applications.
Our engineers are used to working in occupied areas and, whilst there is bound to be some disruption, this would be kept to a minimum. We are aware that, whilst you may need air conditioning in your office or home, you also need to keep your business or home running whilst the installation is in progress.
Our engineers take a pride in their work and would leave your premises clean and tidy upon completion of the work.
We can supply and install almost any type of system, from a single wall mounted or ceiling mounted split system to a complex VRV/VRF system serving a large number of areas.
We can supply most make of equipment, although there are some cheap makes on the market at present which we would not be happy to install.

Service

Our engineers are experienced in fault finding and we are happy to service and repair all types of equipment, whether we have installed it or not.
We would attend site and diagnose the fault, if possible, this would be repaired at that time. If the repairs are likely to be costly, we would seek authorisation before any further work is carried out.

Maintenance

We have a dedicated maintenance department that are experienced in servicing all forms of air conditioning and ventilation equipment, again, whether we installed it or not.
Our engineers do not just “pop in” and clean the filters as some other companies do. A maintenance schedule would be designed to suit your equipment. These usually consist of one or more “full” services and “interim” services, dependant on your equipment and it’s application.
On each full service, the fan coil(s) would be stripped down and all areas that come into contact with the condensate formed during the cooling cycle, i.e. the evaporator, drip tray, drain, etc. would be treated with a specially formulated chemical containing a Bactericide which protects and guards against Legionella, Salmonella and Listeria, it also contains an active Fungicide.
